How do I return an item?
Returning an item? Please read below:
We do accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, per the following guidelines:
1. Item must be returned in new condition with all tags in original packaging.
2. Please include our original packing slip so we can identify you. Order must be returned by the person who purchased it.
3. Item must be received within ten days from customer return date

For Designer Brand Handbags and Wallets:
We only accept returns of brand new, with tags attached, items. Since these are designer brands, and not our brand, we cannot warranty them. Should a designer brand item be returned that is not new, with tags attached, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
