Our free shipping offer explained: All orders under 13 ounces are shipped via First Class Mail. This is normally one wallet. However, our smaller leather wallets can normally ship two items via First Class Mail. Shipping time for First Class mail averages 3-5 business days.

Orders weighing 14 oz to 2 lbs are normally shipped via Priority Mail. This would include 2-3 flat wallets, or three or more small leather wallets, as well as most leather handbags. Shipping time for Priority Mail averages 2-3 business days.

Orders weighing over 2 lbs are normally shipped via Fedex Ground. This would include 4 or more flat wallets or several small leather wallets. Shipping time for Fedex Ground averages 2-5 days.

Return Policy:  We allow 30 days to return an order from the date of purchase.  Once the returned item has been received, we will issue a refund to your payment method, or ship you an exchange, whichever you prefer. 

Holiday Return Policy: Items purchased between November 1 and December 31 can be returned before January 31.

Please notify us of your intent to return via email at service@texcyngoods.com.  We refund only the original purchase price.
